In-person (Onsite) registration fee includes:
- Access to all scientific sessions onsite and via the virtual platform (live-streamed and recorded).
- Invitation to the Opening Reception.
- Entry to the Exhibition and Poster Area.
- Refreshments during scheduled breaks, as indicated in the program.
- Dedicated networking opportunities.
- Certificate of attendance (sent via email after the conference)
Virtual registration fee includes:
- Participation in all sessions (either recorded or live – streamed).
- Access to the virtual platform up to 3 months after the Conference.
- Access to the virtual Exhibition area.
- Conference materials in a digital version.
- Certificate of attendance (sent via email after the conference).
Registration Payment
Payment of registration fees (in USD) can be made as follows:

By Bank Transfer:
- Additional 30 USD handling fee is required.
- Please ensure that the name of the participant is stated on the transaction draft.
- Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

- Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees
- Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time
Cancellation Policy
Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, bank transfer handling fee ($30) will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments only.
- Cancellations received up and including May 27, 2026: full refund.
- Cancellations received between May 28 until September 10, 2026: 50% will be refunded.
- Cancellations received from September 11, 2026: no refund will be made.
