Sponsored symposia are a critical element of the conference week and offer delegates additional content to enrich their understanding of developments in nutrition. Sponsored symposia are also a critical funding source for the Conference, allowing sponsors to share their priorities while supporting the broader conference.
We welcome interested sponsors to submit their proposals for a sponsored session to be featured at MNF 2026.
If you have more questions about sponsorship opportunities, please view our prospectus.
The proposal system is now open. We await your submission!
GUIDELINES FOR SPONSORED SESSION PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
Please review the guidelines below before submitting your sponsored session proposal.
Open Call for Proposals
- This is an open call for sponsored session proposals.
- You are welcome to submit a proposal and present your work, even if a sponsorship contract has not yet been finalized.
- To submit your proposal, please log in to the submission portal via the button above.
Review Process
- Proposals are reviewed on a rolling, first-come, first-served basis, so early submission is strongly encouraged.
- All submissions are evaluated by the Conference Program Committee to ensure the proposed topic is relevant for the conference program and that there is no duplication with other program elements.
- If there is any overlap with other sessions, we may contact you to discuss possible adjustments.
Session Planning Information
- During submission, you will be asked to suggest session moderators and speakers. After acceptance, you will be expected to confirm their availability.
Scheduling & Program Placement
- Sessions will be scheduled as soon as possible following contract finalization.
- While we will make every effort to accommodate preferred scheduling requests, this may not always be possible due to logistical and program constraints.
After You Submit
- You can expect the following timeline after submission:
- Within 3 weeks: Notification on whether your proposal has been accepted
- Within 3 weeks: If no sponsorship agreement is in place, our team will contact you to discuss next steps
