All Invited Speakers and Oral Presenters must check in with their presentation on a USB Memory stick with the technician at the Speakers’ Ready Room.
Please make sure that your PowerPoint presentation is in Widescreen (16:9) and upload your presentation at least 2 hours before the start of your session.

Who are these guidelines for?

Presenting authors of abstracts selected for Short Oral Presentation in Rapid Fire Session.

The Rapid Fire Session is an exciting, fast-paced format where you’ll have the opportunity to deliver a brief yet impactful presentation of your abstract. You’ll have 3 minutes to showcase your work with up to 3 slides. (Presentation should include the abstract title, Background and Aims, methods, Results and Conclusions and Impact). Please focus on the importance aspects of your work.

As a Short oral presenter, you will need to: 

Register for the congress

All presenters are required to register for the conference. In order to register to the congress, please click here

IMPORTANT: Oral abstract presenters who have not completed their registration or have not emailed the MNF abstract department ([email protected]) to confirm any possible special circumstances why they have been unable to register, will be removed from the Congress’ scientific program.

Submit a short biography and photograph

Submitting a photo and short biography is not mandatory, however, it will allow the congress attendees to get acquainted with your professional background before attending your session.

Publication Consent Form

you acknowledge and consent to the recording of your presentation, which will be featured on the MNF virtual platform. These recordings will be accessible on-demand after the event, serving as a resource for registered participants who are unable to attend in person or may have missed your live presentation. Additionally, recordings may be archived and utilized by the MNF , ensuring the ongoing dissemination of valuable insights and knowledge. Short Oral  Presentation

How long: 3 minutes

Where: Short Oral Presentations will take place in the session hall.

How: Presenters will present from their power point presentation.

The presentation should be with a maximum of 3 slides and include the abstract title, Background and Aims, methods, Results and Conclusions and Impact
