Who are these guidelines for?

Presenting authors of abstracts selected for Short Oral Presentation in Rapid Fire Session.

The Rapid Fire Session is an exciting, fast-paced format where you’ll have the opportunity to deliver a brief yet impactful presentation of your abstract. You’ll have 3 minutes to showcase your work with up to 3 slides. (Presentation should include the abstract title, Background and Aims, methods, Results and Conclusions and Impact). Please focus on the importance aspects of your work.

Short Oral presenters Registration for the Conference

IMPORTANT: Abstract presenters who have not completed their registration or have not emailed the Conference secretariat to confirm any possible special circumstances will be removed from the Conference scientific program and abstract publication.

Short Oral  Presentation

How long: 3 minutes

Where: Short Oral Presentations will take place in the session hall.

How: Presenters will present from their power point presentation.

The presentation should be with a maximum of 3 slides and include the abstract title, Background and Aims, methods, Results and Conclusions and Impact

*NOTE: Please upload your power point presentation in the Speakers’ Ready Room as soon as you arrive at the venue in the morning and at least 2 hours before the start of the session
